- Organization (explain academic first and then non-academic)
-Explaining the contrast of academic vs non-academic (language)
-Thoroughly explained academic definition and non-academic definition throughout the paper

Negatives
-In-text citation
-Explains in too much detail about the source (abstract and then after the transition...)
-Did not use many quotes as examples to back up his statements
-Used the URL in some of his citations in his Reference page
