Three sources

1)  https://jamanetwork.com/journals/jama/fullarticle/386766 This source is an academic research journal, which is new evidence to the field of Health and Human Physiology. The purpose of this journal is to inform and encourage the readers to increase participation in physical activity. This journal targets Americans of all ages by issuing a public health  recommendation on the types and amounts of physical activity needed   for health promotion   and disease prevention. In this paper, I will compare five different articles addressing disease prevention and health promotion.   2)  http://apps.who.int/iris/handle/10665/44701 This source is also an academic research journal from Global Atlas. This document was created by the Worlds Health Organization along with World Heart Federalization and World Stroke Organization. This journal targets all ages about cardiovascular disease prevention and control. This source will be used in this paper...

Assignment 1 Overview and Questions?

Major Writing #1 is an interview and source report that will give a better understanding of the writing techniques and genres that are used in my intended major. My previous English class required us to write an argument paper and bibliography for our research paper. In previous English classes, our audience was the teacher; whereas, this assignment targets freshman going into the Health and Human Physiology major, for myself. This report is designed to better prepare my writing and communicating skills for my future in the Health and Human Physiology major and my career. Questions: - Can you use some of the sources from the interview as your written sources? - Do some majors only use specific genres? - With our written sources, do we have to find academic and non-academic genres?

Rhetoric definition
